Agent Overview
The VibeMap Conversational Agent is your AI-powered project co-pilot. Unlike standard chat interfaces, the VibeMap Agent is deeply integrated with your project's database, allowing it to understand context, analyze impacts, and perform direct operations on your project assets.
What is the Conversational Agent?
The agent is a specialized AI system designed to help you manage the entire lifecycle of your application architecture. It can:
Answer Questions: Query your project's features, user stories, personas, and schema.
Generate Content: Create new entities based on natural language instructions.
Modify Assets: Update existing project components or database structures.
Analyze Impacts: Detect how a change in one area (like a persona) might affect others (like user stories).
Manage Complexity: Handle bulk operations across your entire project.
How it Works
When you send a message to the agent, it goes through several intelligent phases:
Intent Classification: The agent determines if you are asking a question, requesting a new generation, or wanting to modify an existing item.
Context Building: It retrieves the relevant parts of your project (the "context") to ensure its response is accurate and specific to your work.
Impact Analysis: If you request a change, the agent analyzes the potential ripple effects. For example, deleting a feature might affect several user stories.
Execution: The agent performs the requested operations, whether it's a simple update or a complex multi-step generation using specialized subagents.
Key Benefits
Natural Language Control: Manage your project using simple English instead of complex forms.
Contextual Awareness: The agent knows what you've already built and ensures new additions are consistent.
Safety First: High-risk operations (like deletions) trigger a confirmation workflow with detailed impact warnings.
Speed and Efficiency: Perform bulk updates and generations that would take much longer manually.
In the following sections, you'll learn how to master the agent's commands and use it to build your project faster.
